Elle est sympa comet tout cette voiture. Avec sa plaque, c'est un excellent choix pour fêter ta 300ème. J'aime cet angle de vue très bas, avec le ciel qui se reflète dans la vitre arrière.

Félicitations pour ton 300ème post. Le sujet de l'image est bien à propos. J'aime bien ce tilt et cet effet laissé par le grand angle. Cela donne à l'image un très bon dynamisme. Cette petite Fiat prend toute la place. Une bonne solution pour se venger de sa relative petite taille.
Félicitations encore pour ta galerie qui est un plaisir à parcourir.

On dirait que tu passes ton temps à traquer les petites Fiat lorsque tu es en Italie car cette photo me fait penser à une autre que je pense avoir vue il y a quelque temps dans ta galerie.

I like this distorced wide angle view of one of the symbols of Italy of the past years.
My father had a car like that, and that was our car when I was a kid, and we used it to go to holidays or anywhere we wanted to go.

Superbe utilisation de ton grand angle. Tu lui rentre "dedans" dans la cacahuète. Même la plaque est "romaine" en aidant un peu ... :o)

It is nice that you were already thinking about your 300th TE post when you were wandering in Rome 6 months ago. This is called "addictive forecasting". But i don't totally agree with you. Like all the addictions, it has pro's and con's (For example, I would have already finished my PhD if i weren't into this...)
Anyway, it is a good thing at all. One should think of the good things when he considers the past.
Congrats for all those brillant 300 photos, even for the ones you had taken before TE. There is a long road to go. So get into the car and push the gas...

OK, tell me you changed that license plate! It can't be possible! :) I love these old Fiat 500. And I also like the light you caught on this one. But I would like to see that gentleman in the back a little more close... Anyway, congratulations for your 300th upload! Boy, it has been an amazing journey to follow all your posts. Now, I'll stand here waiting for the next 300. But in the meantime, let me tell you that I am going back to Toronto for a week next week. Congratulations for your great contribution to this site during the two years spent here. I guess that alter reality is not allowed in TE, but I always apreciate your creativity and so I love the idea here. The POV and depth is amazing. One of those shots that have the main subject coming out of each one's screen.

Pas de problème, on renouvelle ton contrat...on est même prêt à te signer un CDI tant chacune de tes photos nous donne du plaisir et surtout nous donne tant d'idées pour essayer de reproduire (modestement) tes chefs d'œuvres. En voyant l'immatriculation et la date de prise de vue, on voit que ton coup était prémédité (tu as fait des stocks de numéros?)

Wow, great use of the ultra-wide lens to create a fresh and interesting look. It's a pretty simple scene, but when you can use an extreme lens then you get some distortions and angles that are different and eye catching. Congratulations on 300 photos!

Well, your masterful photoshoping of the license plate deserves a green smiley all by itself. I thought that it was real. The wide-angle distortion is very nice here and I like the view down the alley. The reflection of the blue sky on the back window of the car is nicely captured and contrasts wonderfully with the orange and red taillights. You are one of my favorite photographers here on TE, probably in the top 5. Keep up the good work. Your photos inspire me all the time.

I'm getting there as well pretty soon, though I've been overly active - managing to get to 300 in a year...
Tell me that you post processed the license plate! What are the chances of finding '300' in a license plate, but what are the chances to find 'TE 300' only on a plate?! Did you look in the government's car registry system and then you hunted down this car??!! :-)

T'as un rhytme d'enfer mon vieu!!! J'arrive même pas à regarder toutes tes photos, alors imagine les critiques!!
Le grand angle avec la Fiat en premier plan, c'est parfait, la plaque trafiquée pour marquer ton milestone sur TE, ça n'a pas de prix.
Il manque seulement un italienne passant par là...
En passant, si je te disait uqe quelqu'un projette de peut-être aller 3 semaines en Thaïlande et/ou Vietnam, tu as des conseils? Destinations? coups de coeur?

Andre,
that is probably one of the best images that I saw to comemorate a round number here at TE. Not only the number 300 is perfect, but also the initials TE. I guess that you must have kept this one here very well, groomed it perfectly for this occasion or is my suspiscion that you did some "bad" alteration later on? At any rate, it is "fantastico" and justifies the means.
The other detail of the wide angle with the distortion of the little Fiat and leading into the road is a good compostional twist.
You relly raised the bar here and I'm not quite sure what to do with my closing 2 years and 200 shots. You made it impossible for me. I guess I will have to retire before I get to 200 mark in deep depression.

Funny post and excellent work of PP to have your 300th post marked on this marking Fiat 500.
I like how you used your wide angle lenses to allow us to see the rest of the street. Also the sky's reflection on the car's glass was well seen and captured.
Finally congratulations for your creative and quality work here on TE, I specially liked the series you made around the World's taxis, it reveals your good eye and creativity, last year I went to Madeira Island and I remembered your series around the taxis, having taken one photo trying to reach something like you did, maybe one day I'llpost it and of course giving you the credits.
