Photographer’s Note

Pantheon - meaning "Temple of all the gods" is a building in Rome which was originally built as a temple to all the gods of Ancient Rome.

The intended degree of inclusiveness of this dedication is debated.
The generic term pantheon is now applied to a monument in which illustrious dead are buried.
It is the best preserved of all Roman buildings, and perhaps the best preserved building of its age in the world.
It has been in continuous use throughout its history.

Since the 7th century, the Pantheon has been used as a Christian church.

The Pantheon is currently the oldest standing domed structure in Rome.

Wonderful church. Nice POV! You like the "velvia" type of colours, but this is going just a bit too far! The whole thing could be a little sharper too. I'm glad you finely joined the 800 pixels club. Some of you images were much smaller...

Such a colourful image Paulina. The colours just leap out at you and the black frame helps accentuate them. A well framed image, well done.

Don't take badly what I'm going to tell you.
Nice photo this one of the altar of Rome's Pantheon, quite colorful, what drives me to make the following suppositions, you must be a very vital and happy girl, or you have a problem with your screen...;)
The colors are excessively intense.
...I would prefer the first option.
