For people who live in the valley of the river Po in Italy the fog is "home". In the fog we live most of our winter days and in the fog we loose our dreams, it is our warm hiding place. This place would not be the same without fog, because when the "bruma" comes down this becomes a bewitched world. Thank you
Per la gente della pianura padana la nebbia è "casa". Nella nebbia viviamo la maggior parte del nostro tempo d'inverno e nella nebbia si perdono i nostri sogni. La nostra pianura non sarebbe il posto magico che è se non ci fosse la nebbia. Quando scende la bruma il nostro mondo diventa un luogo di fiabe e di fate, di streghe e di maghi, un luogo magico in cui la magia prende il posto della realtà. Hi Franco,
yes, the fog creates another world, pararell to usual every day life. The feelings are different, the echos disappear, it is like a coat you cannot touch but you can feel it around yourself. It is just you and her, the fog. Every step you make, you discover another world, another feeling, not knowing, seeing, what is in front of you and slowly forget what is behind you. I guess the fog is a way to live life for a moment. You posted absolutely beautiful impression of your thoughts.

I can add that the fog maybe original state of the beginning of this universe, so then still now it shows us the mysterious scene like your shot.

per me che sono abituato ad avere quasi sempre il cielo azzurro anche in autunno e inverno queste scene mi ricordano un periodo della mia vita passato al nord, dove appunto bisognava usare la fantasia per vedere oltre il naso.
