Photographer’s Note
One of the most famous touristic places in Sicily, maybe one of the most famous in Italy if the temples valley in Agrigento, a great sign of a glorious past.
Here we see were the concordia temple is situated between the town and the sea.
The town is a forest of buildings usually with 10 floors or more, it's impressive to see the difference between what men made more than 20 centuries ago and what they are doing today, partially showed on the bottom left.

Hi Gio,
A great view and a perfect spot to have a balcony and be possible to see the temple. I believe the photo is taken just before sunset or is it morning?

Ciao Giorgio,

Buona serrata

Hello Giorgio,
Clever inclusion of the balcony, providing a good perspective and fine feeling of depth!
Interesting view to the temple in a distance, well balanced composition!

Giorgio,

So, I see that they have been building heavily around the temple, when I used to work in that island in 1981, there was nothing around... Your note is very well written, I agree with you !

Cath.

interesting contrast between the harmony of the past and the present. of course, nowadays it's a bit crowdier than in the days of the ancients. i like the color accent of the blue door against the orange of the house and the temple. the overall scene seems a bit dark to me though.
