Photographer’s Note

My 100th on TE.

I'd like to dedicate this sunset photograph on the Adriatic Sea to all my FRIENDS IN TREKEARTH who have been there from the very first moment, encouraging me to take better photographs, criticizing them to improve my skillfulness, explaining me the complexity of digital photography and also for improving my postprocessing abilities by tips and bounds.

An ocean still needs to be learned and realized and I continue my adventure with this attractive community hoping to find out more and more.

the scene is very beautiful and the colours are just gorgeous. Despite there in no one point of attention, the picture didn't seem empty and posses great atmosphere of freedom. It seems a bit over-sharpned, but is good.

Ooohhh wow, what a great one!
The colours are perfect, the details on the water are great. I can't see where the sea ends and th sky begins. I like the different kinds of blue in the sky and on the water.

Hello Stella,

This is as surrealistic an image as I have seen on Trekearth. Salvador Dali would have resented you for having produced what he would have liked to produce himself. The gold and cerulean blues in the sky, their shimmering reflections in the water, the high definition produced even within the constraints of this wonderful site — all elements that make this a classic image to frame. It is truly worthy of a 100th post.

Magnifiscent colors for this seascape. I like the silvery effect of the sea, although I have the impression (perhaps it is just an impression) of a slight oversharpening there.

Simply fantastic, the subtle yellow from the left blending into these gorgeous blues is incredible. Slightly oversharpened for my liking, but nonetheless it is a fantastic shot.
I have to say in my opinion Italia has the best coloured oceans and lakes in the world.
