Photographer’s Note
In Milan many old people like to play bowls. The municipal bowling green in this photo is close my home and it is located in the middle of an avenue. All people, especially in this season, are bravely engaged in hard matches, all except one: the guy on the left, infact, is a bit distracting by an amazing lady with the dog. I don’t know if it is the same in other Countries, but in Italy the time of pension for some things never arrives!

Ciao Gae,

Bien vu!

Beautiful blow eye, the photograph is too funny as the title which summarized the situation well, well considering.

Ciao, Zanni! :)
soon you´ll notice there is someone inside you who is and will always be 19 yo ;)))
what i like the most in this shot is the 'centrifuge' orientation of men´s eyes.
they come with their bags and hang them in the wall, very cool ;)
colors are excellent.

Fine daily life details included here Gae. And after a long time playing bowls - maybe the distraction walking by is most natural to offer some interest.. ;-)

INTEReSTING title. Cool shot and composition is interesting too. I like the colors. Somehow I found this shot very controlled in a funny way. And it makes it good!

Very good. Nice note. And such a great capture. I'm very familiar with the game. It's fun. It's a nice moment with the ball flying out of the hand. Good motion. And the intense look on his face of aiming and now hoping it goes just where he wants it to go. Nicely done.

Thanks Gae for sharing these two fine sports for Italian men ;-)) (You told us on a former shot) - I like the motion blur of the ball to give us the fealing of action - The net gives a nice atmosphere of the image - fine work indeed.
Hoping the best for Italy and Denmark this evening :-)

Nice photo. I like the movement in it, and the man's expression. The different directions the men are looking at is very interesting and funny. Good capture, well done!
