Photographer’s Note

Montagnana is a town and comune in the province of Padova. As of 2007 the population of Montagnana was 9,355.
The famous medieval walls, are one of the best preserved examples of medieval walls in Europe. In this tower, called Rocca degli Alberi, is located a youth hostel with almost 30 beds. I think it's really a suggestive accomodation.
With a bill of 1€ it's also possible to ascend to the top of the tower, just where you can see the flag.

Ciao Matteo, bella foto, mi piace il filare di alberi che crea una buona prospettiva.
Belli anche i colori, molto brillanti.
E utile la nota, io giro spesso per ostelli e questo non lo conoscevo!

Beautiful building, with wonderful lines and the way it builds layer upon layer. I like the inclusion of the trees on the left, which really balance the photo with the castle on the right. Great detail also - Well done!

ho scoperto che sei praticamente l'unico membro di TE ad aver "postato" foto di Montagnana. Visto che ci abito abbastanza vicino ho fatto anch'io un'esplorazione fotografica (expedition workshop per gli amici anglofoni...), ma la giornata non era quella che hai trovato tu, per cui i risultati che ho ottenuto ... bah!
