Laundry in Venice Photo

Photographer’s Note

Walking down the Via Garibaldi between the Arsenale and the Giardini Publici I realized that Venice is not only the Saint Mark’s Square (Piazza San Marco), the Clock Tower (Torre dell’Orologio), the Ducal Palace (Palazzo Ducale), Basilica of the Salute (basilica della Salute), Bridge of Sighs (Ponte dei Sospiri) or Rialto Bridge (Ponte de Rialto). It is also the city with its own daily life.

Piękna kompozycja, super wypatrzone. Niecodzienne i niewidokówkowe spojrzenie na Wenecje, w połączeniu z pogodą i odbiciem tworzy piękną fotografię. Dobra robota!

Hello Mikolaj,
I like very much the unity in tints pastel of walls, sky and water and contrast with the dark linen. It gives a very sweet aspect to the set which is original for this type of photos of Venice.
The composition "u" is interesting.

Malgré une légère surexposition je trouve que c'est une restitution originale et vraie de la cité des doges.

Great picture. Here you have an excellent contrast of nature, history, architecture, and culture. The clouds are an excellent contrast to the brickwork of the wall, the reflection in the water is great, and the addition of laundry makes Venice just as down to earth as any city in the world.
