Interesting shot! I feel that the tower is a little overexposed at the base, and that the black isn't black enough - try reducing the brightness a little and possibly increasing the contrast. I'd also save at a better quality setting in PS - there's no small detail visible. Finally I'd also suggest you sharpen it a bit too ;-)
