Photographer’s Note
The Saracens came to Burgio and built many fine churches and a castle which still stand today.
Burgio has now some 3500 inhabitants. It is famous for its ceramics and the making of Bells.
Here is an example of an Arabian Church Tower and the locals laundry.

ciao carmello - perfect composition!
love the story, the sun beams, the colors of the aging buildings and stairs, the 'flying' drying laundry in the upper side of the photo!
very well done!

Hi Carmelo, this is a grat compo. I like sunbeams in the background, and the linen. What a pity for the white Fiat Panda at the end of the street, POV leads to in the foreground. Anyway, I love this shot!
Cheers.

Carmelo,

Well spotted Carmelo,I love the framing by using the washing. These streets are amazing and look to be asking to be photographed.
I like the soft focus that you have used, it makes the shot work for me.
The streets look quite treacherous to walk down?
Good natural colours.TFS, regards Jean.

Brillant idea. Nice landscape - yes, of course, and well shot and interesting colours... but, what's more, you've found the way to show us the wind is blowing ;). Lovely compositoion. Greetings T.

Hi Carmelo,
This is one of your best compositions. The rain from a storm in the background heading toward the village and the blowing laundary is a good catch. Very nice job. Thanks.
John
