A nice view of the gondolas in venice. I would have opted for a tighter crop on the top. And the lighting seemes a bit harsh.

you chose a typical theme of Venice and the output is a beautiful photo with amazing colours and great sharpness.

350D and 10-22 sounds like a fine combination ;-)
I like the idea of your composition and the usage of filters resulted in a good emphasis on the gondolas foreground. The background is a bit spoiled by the light but it's not an easy situation here, possibly developping a RAW file once for the shadows and once for the highlights and layering the two versions in PS could improve this.

Hi lukasz,
You managed this very flat light exceptionally well to get such great color, especially in the water. My photos from Venice were all a very flat grey. The framing is excellent as well with the two front boats captured in full, the city towers in the background.

Like the pov and perspective on this one. Good diagonal direction indicated by gondolas lead the eye to church on oposite side.

The blue covers on the gondolas really stand out clearly in this shot, I also like the hazy effect of the more distant areas (the buildings in the background, for example).

Beautiful view of an excellent subject. What says Venice better than gondolas? I like that you captured the front two in their entirety.Only change I would consider is a small one: perhaps cloning out the plane trails in the sky? Just a matter of taste. Great work!
