Photographer’s Note

'Riviera Fiorita' is a name of an important parade along 'Riviera del Brenta', September 2th Sunday.
It starts from Stra and proceeds until Malcontenta, the old Brenta river mouth.
Parade is superb, you may admire many and many typical venetian boats, all full of colours and human propelled (oars), and wonderful typical ancient dresses like Carnevale's ones. Riviera Fiorita è una stupenda manifestazione che si svolge lungo la 'Riviera del Brenta' la seconda domenica di settembre. Parte da Stra e procede fino a Malcontenta, dove si trovano le vecchie foci del fiume Brenta.
La sfilata è stupenda: si possono ammirare numerose ricostruzioni di barche d'epoca, tutte coloratissime e rigorosamente a remi. A bordo, tutti i personaggi sono vestiti con incantevoli costumi d'epoca, come a Carnevale.

Ciao Silvio. This is a very nice composition. The use of light gave you very good details and sharpness in the compo. The colors and the whole perspective of the picture is very nice. A good note to complement the good picture. Good work :-)

Excellent POV and colours. Very nice costumes and boat. A scene worth photographing. I'd like to see this with my own eyes, to be there.

Very beautiful and impressive shot, with those spectacular costumes... It seems a piece of Regata Storica brought on the Brenta!! Interesting link between the green of the boat and the vegetation behind!

Bella foto e bella pupattola in primo piano. Sono tutte belle le foto che hai fatto di questa regata, peccato che non sono state capite. Purtroppo ho poco tempo, sono sempre via per lavoro, ma un pò alla volta te le voto tutte.
