Photographer’s Note

This morning I was awakened by a brightly spring sun and the blue sky encouraged me to have a walk on the nearby mountains.

Once there the show was insured: everywhere the crocuses spread their petals towards the rays of the sun to warm up themselves.

Très jolie plan sur ce champ de crocus ! J'aime beaucoup les fleurs de premier plan qui sont éclairées par les rayons de soleil.

Wonderful composition! I love how the light is hitting the flowers. The titled horizon is a nice effect. DOF could be improved here.

Wonderful point of view and I really like the motive! The colours look crystal clear and the blue sky is a perfect background. I also think that the "tilted" crocuses look especially nice as one can get a good impression from the scene there (unlike if you had straightened the horizon). Very nice.

Bel prato fiorito, esprime la voglia di rinascita insita nella primavera. Secondo me ottima l'idea di richiamare nella foto anche la baita lassù. Complimenti.
