The precious XIX Century Silver and Crystal reliquary holds the sacred relics of the patron of Milan, S. Ambrose, dressed in white pontifical sacred vestments.
Flanking Ambrose, and wearing white and gold surplices, red dalmatics, and crowns palm Branches.
The large Crypt as constructed in teh second half X Century during the construction work in the apse area of the Basilica. |
