These two girls were curious to feed the pigeons. They thought that they were going to have fun with them. However, they didn't know how scary the flying rats(Pigeons) are. The picture has already given us an answer, the girls ended up with lots of trouble. Therefore, "Never disturb the pigeons"! If you really want to play with them. Be smart like this kid below:

This is a very good candid shot with a good angle. Love the angle you imposed, capturing the whole event perfect into the pic. The lots of pigeons, the crowd and the building.
The reaction of the lady played the vital part to the pic, giving the "live" feel to it.
