Photographer’s Note
Portofino is a beautiful town east of Genoa on the Italian Riviera. We went there the day we arrived in Europe after a grueling 8 hour flight, followed by a 2 hour bus ride, then a 20 minute train ride, a 10 minute walk and a 10 minute tram ride. It was well worth all the trouble getting there!
I increased the contrast and decreased the brightness, but the sky is still washed out. Any suggestions?

Alli,
I would love to travel there and love the colors of the buildings you have captured in this photograph. I also like your note because it describes the effort we travelers make to find beauty. Thanks for sharing.

Good evening Alli.
Interesting picture. To answer your question, you could replace the sky (put a new sky in from a bank of skys, using Photoshop). It is easy to do so. You could also get rid of the magenta hue in the foreground. Since I am a new menber, I don't know yet how to send you a correction of your picture. I have been to Portofino and I will post a picture of it tonight.
