Another view from Perugia Photo

Photographer’s Note

I have many more Ireland landscape to put up...but I thought I'd post this for a change/break!
A view taken from the historic centre of Perugia 2 weeks ago...It was really freezing..and yes even in central Italy you can find quite a lot of snow..:-) Even though the sky rarely looses its pure blue! Hope you like it...

This is a great view Leonie, it's so wonderful with these snow capped mountains in the back . Never thought that the historical center of Perugia was up on a hill.

Une bien grande vue sur Pérouse une ville que je n'ai pas encore visitée bien que voisine et à même latitude de FURIANI. Les Apenins sont une chaîne de montagnes relativement élevées et tu ne m'étonnes pas d'y avoir trouvés de la neige car il y a une dizaine de jours, j'en avais 10 cm sur la terrasse.
Très bonne prise de vue. Bien fait !

Hi Leonie, Perigia is marvelously presented here! A very nice view, where I particulary like your POV and the moment. A light which gives much detail and relief and the mountains in the very background, slightly hazy, which make a very nice contrast. Excellent sharpness and bright colours, that's an invitation. Congrats and thanks for sharing.

Bonjour Léonie. Effectivement, la lumière et le paysage ne font pas très irlandais. Je trouve très bien ta composition avec la ville aux couleurs ocres d'abord puis les montagnes enneigées au loin sous un beau ciel bleu. Et puis, chapeau pour la profondeur de champs.

Very good PoV of rthis, but I'd have preferred the camera angled down a bit, giving us more foreground detail, and less of the uninteresting sky.

i´ve spent long hours on this view, watching great Perugia under me and all around me and wonderful mountains...ou, reminds me many nice remembers from there
nice image, you had luck for nice weather and image is really clear
