Photographer's Note

On the far-end of a small peninsula in PortoVenere, out-to-sea built in 1198, the San-Pietro church that is situated on a high rock on the edge of the ridge, that stretchs from along the town promenade.
The church by itself was built with simple architecture, black & white bricks, but has a balcony with a wonderful view from there on the west side cliff, a part of the south Ligurian-ridge. Also a view on old town outskirts and the bay.

San-Pietro church location: 44.0485, 9.832
