From the Trevi fountain to Vittorio Emanuele II monument is about 1.5km. If you take a left turn on Via del Corso and descent towards Piazza Venezia, you see this.
While walking thru such rich old cities, I always wonder what it would be like to live there. Especially next to a legendary monument which has been there for decades, centuries. Imagine living in the first apartment on the left of this photo, with the balcony... You wake up in the morning, take your shower and breakfast and then you walk up the balcony to check the weather and brush your teeth while looking at the monument at sunrise. I can't imagine a better start to a day.

A very interesting night presentation of this fantastic monument! Great symmetrical cropping fits here perfectly. Exposure and sharpness were executed very well so we can admire so many elements of your composition. Well done! Happy Easter!

I love this night shot! The light from the taxi very eye catching.
The road itself leads the eyes to the monument behind :-)
I walked this street many times before, during work. Never tired of it. But to live in on those balconies might need good earplug :-)
