Hallo Günther,
ja das ist es, was uns die Natur jetzt so bietet :) der Schlern ist ungeheuer schön, ich kenne den Berg leider nur vom Vorbeifahren. Nie Zeit gehabt, stehen zu bleiben. Sehr schade...

Aber dafür gibt´s so schöne Eindrücke wie den hier..

Very nice view and interesting elements. The trees have a great yellow autumnal colour. Seems like the cows are enjoying their life, and doesn't know there is a photographer right next to them. Very natural shot. TFS.

Great colorful composition for this picture : gold and orange on the left, green and grey/blue on the right.
The cows equilibrate the picture.

Da wäre ich auch gerne Kuh... ;-))
Dein Foto ist wirklich toll "komponiert" mit dieser Aufteilung und man spürt fast den Sonnenschein als Betrachter - aber der Schnee auf dem Grat zeigt, wohin die Reise geht...
Ein Foto, das man sich gerne etwas länger anschaut.

Did you used a polariser?
I love the colours and the exposure of the photo. The composition and DOF is great too and the cows also add a nice element.

Confesso: tradisco la mia amata Pusteria per l'Altopiano dello Sciliar. Davvero é un luogo che mi incanta, ha un fascino tutto speciale. Forse perché é pieno di streghe, nelle notti di luna piena? Chissà....
E che bella foto, Günther! Colori perfetti, montagne così vicine che pare possano essere toccate. Mucche in totale relax; da noi in Pusteria sono sempre un filino nervose...forse perchè sono nervosa io: vesto prevalentemente di rosso e non so mai se ho davanti una mucca o un toro...

bellissimo paesaggio autunnale di montagna...oddio, lo stress a queste mucche verrà quando cominceranno a pensare al futuro...ma per ora, è vero, si godono un bel relax sotto questo bel cielo, in questi bellissimi colori caldi. Buona giornata!

I prefer this one to your last because here you have a better blue sky and well contrasted fall colors, plus of course the cows, they look a bit tired after running all summer long on the alps
