Hello Donato,

The inside-out point of view adds interest value. and this is no doubt the first harp I have seen depicted in TE..!
Somehow the instrument seems to fit in these ancient surroundings...
The situation is a tad surreal but I guess that's just me, hehehe..!

Foto non facile donato vista la grande differenza di luce , buono il risulato tecnico ed anche la composizione , ben fatto , grazie per l'informazione che mi hai dato qualche giorno fa riguardo a quel nuovo sito , poi fammi avere il link .

nice the snapshot with the man to shot his daughter with the harp on the foreground.It' a good chance for someone when visiting the external patio of San Peter church to see the view from above, to hear the harp playing..

Chissà se meritava di attendere che l'arpista rientrasse dalla pausa pranzo.
L'insieme di strumentista e strumento sarebbe stato meglio illuminato dei due ma forse si sarebbe formato un uditorio che avrebbe riempito un po' troppo l'immagine, dunque anche così va bene.
Immagine dotata di buona tridimensionalità dove il cielo probabilmente nuvoloso ha portato un basso contrasto dal quale tutto sommato ha tratto giovamento il tuo lavoro.

Hi Donato, I have never seen street musicians playing the harp! it is rather rare and expensive instrument and even some harper (?) cannot afford it. Who was playing it? The girl seems to young and the man, it doesn't pass me. I would like to hear it! Very nice scene in beautiful surroundings.

Ciao caro Donato,
di questi tempi, trovare un'arpa, e chi la pizzica, è cosa veramente rara. Hai inserito nella composizione quest'arpa celtica in modo delizioso, catturando una bella scena piacevolmente animata dalla bambina affascinata dall'arpista. Immagino la suggestione nel sentire il soave suono dell'arpa in un contesto così bello. Dalle mie parti, in estate, fanno dei concerti di musica celtica, e spesso l'arpa è protagonista, grazie anche alla buona scuola di arpisti italiani. Bella foto, veramente, bravissimo!

this is one of the most interesting photos because it conveys a special mood: a combination of an old historical building and "intrusion" of modern tourists in its vicinity (may I say so???)
I like the moment (although I like the PVO, too!) - which I, however, consider much more important in this photo :) Did they see you taking a photo of them?

sembra lo stesso posto di una delle ultime foto di papera.
Bella composizione, luce non facile da gestire, tanto che il fuori è praticamente invisibile (ma forse c'era la nebbia). Il risultato finale è comunque di tutto rilievo; solo qualche improbabile mago del flash avrebbe potuto fare di meglio.

Eccomi...
Il POV è buono.
La scena non mi dispiace, gli unici elementi di disturbo sono lo spartito e il cartone con i CD del musicista.
La situazione di luce/esposizione mooolto difficile.
Con la mia macchina non sarei riuscito a stare su valori ISO 80 e T 1/100, ma mi sà che avrai lavorato non poco di pp a contrastare e schiarire...per gli interni a mano libera spesso rinuncio, il mio mezzo tecnico è molto limitato in ciò.
La cosa che mi piace di più è la luce che s diffonde sul pavimento, molto bella, ma anche l'esposizione mirata sull'arpa è ottima, rende bene la tridimensinalità dello strumento.
La cosa che mi piace di meno sono le trifore grigie.
Stavo pensado: con la messa a punto della tua macchina "il legno" viene molto bello...prova dei macro su elementi/venature di legno...barche, vecchie porte, ecc...

condizioni di luce estrema, oltretutto oltre gli archi c'era il vuoto, direi che hai fatto miracoli per bilanciare le luci, senza entrare nel merito la scena mi piace cosi' come è.

I imagine the sound of the harp in these dark surroundings! But it is a pity that there is no player available. You have created a peculiar composition with this lonely harp and the tourist who is photographing the young girl. But there is a very nice mood though. TFS!

The harp looks so incongruous in this situation; almost surreal. The fact the man and his daughter are paying it no attention is even more odd. The detail and clarity you have achieved in such tricky conditions are exemplary. Well done

nella tua galleria ho scelto questa foto perchè, oltre ai ptregi fotografici di un bel gioco di prospettive e ad un'ottima gestione della luce, racconta una storia: una bimba che posa per il papà su uno sfondo paesaggistico che si può immaginare splendido, con un'arpa in primo piano che prelude ad una passione, quella per la musica.. e poi parte la fantasia.
