Hi Joe,
I like the way you've chosen to compose this picture with the focus on the artists doing his work and since his work is on the street we are looking down from above. The other viewers frame the artists well and the fact that all we see of these people are their shoes again brings the focus back on your main subject. Good shot!

I like this POV from above...that's the usual pov you can have on such an artwork.
I also like the choice to keep the artist on the upper corner to have him as complememtary subject to the compo
