Photographer’s Note
The little town of Atrani is next door to the better known Amalfi. They both have wonderful old alleyways and buildings piled on on top of the other, rising up out of the sea. This photo was taken from the beach, looking back to the old buildings. The street lamps around here are great to photograph, especially when they are backlit by the sun, as in this photo.
I darkened the background a little to make the lights stand out better.
