Photographer’s Note
"Ponte Vecchia" (Old Bridge) is the oldest bridge in Florence. I don't know why the bridge was built like this, in fact it seems that some constructions had been added afterwards. Nowadays all this constructions are occupied by shops, most of them sells jewelry (at least at the time of the photo...).
This picture was taken from an Uffizi Gallery window. Uffizi Gallery is one of the main museums of Florence, where beautiful Renascence paintings are in exibition.
It was taken with a Canon snapshot and digitalized with a Genius Color Page SP2X scanner.

Great shot considering the type of equipment you had. The colours are so soft and the reflection on the water is good. I also like the perspective effect. There is a little tilt to the left that could be easily corrected by Photoshop.

Excellent shot! I'd be tempted to run AutoContrast to brighten it a little, and then adjust the colour balance slightly away from yellow. Finally I'd probably clone/blur the slight reflections in the sky. Still a lovely shot despite my suggestions :-D

A beautiful composition, that makes me want to visit Florence. Ponte Vecchia and it's reflection are lovely, but I especially like the way the long roof on the right leads to the bridge. Good notes.
