Hi dear friends,
more than 1 month is passed from my last post,
I'm really really busy... but today I've found a bit of time to dedicate to TE... :o)
so I've decided to add this image to my dogs serie, (take a look to the others in my gallery)

speriamo davvero non debba passare un altro mese per vedere una tua nuova foto. Intanto ci godiamo questo bel bianco e nero dall'eccellente POV.
Molto bella la striscia bianca della pavimentazione che passa tra i due soggetti e naturalmente il bel taglio che esclude la parte superiore dell'uomo.
Un carissimo abbraccio ed un "a presto" che possa essere d'auspicio per una tua più assidua presenza.

Ciao Fabio. La vedo così. La bianca in prospettiva a significare la distinzione tra bipede e quadrupede ed il guinzaglio - paradosalamente - il legame che comunque li salda.

Welcome back. How is that little princess of yours!?
You should start a theme called 'Dog's POV'! This low POV gives a new dimension to the street scene. The strong perspective works well and is emphasised by the long row of paving stones.

I really like your mini-series, and here the low point of view and perfect timing to have that "dividing line" just in the right place create a very interesting shot. again, black&white work very well to focus the attention on patterns and shapes. nice one :)

ho imparato ad apprezzarti per originalità e creatività che non mancano in questo scatto. Trovo solo un lieve sbilanciamento del "peso" un pò troppo verso l'alto, nonostante il taglio sia molto interessante, o forse un certo disequilibrio (manca un orizzonte dritto e certo, o è lievemente storta?). Scusa i dubbi, la foto è comunque di ottimo livello.

Ciao Fabio.
Ricordo questa bellissima piazza che si apre sul mare (confermi?) visitata in un mio viaggio in Slovenia di un quarto di secolo fa.
La foto è uno di quei bianchi e nero che solo i grandissimi riescono a fare, su soggetti inanimati ed animati di totale quotidianità, ma con un significato profondo sulla vita che scorre e sul nostro sguardo sulla realtà.

ah fabio, ci fai penare ad aspettare le tue foto =)....
bello scatto, con l'enfasi sul cane e sul guinzaglio e la diagonale separatrice a definire gli spazi della foto.
una linea bianca che funge quasi da "stop" ai movimenti dei protagonisti e dei passanti. strana miscela di dinamismo e stasi.

Ci sono dei fotografi in TE che riescono a fare quello che altri non riescono, tu riesci a far digerire al ToS la presenza dei cani :) Un dono di natura... :)

piazza unità d'italia é il tuo parco giochi vedo??
la conosci in ogni suo scorcio ed angolo....ecco quindi che il tuo occhio decide di usare questo dettaglio della pavimentazione come spartiacque tra due universi paralleli: uomo e cane. universi paralleli che si accompagnano...si toccano...però devono restare divisi

B/W dettagliatissimo, complimenti per il taglio, l'idea e il messaggio originale...La scelta del pov e la qualità del rapporto luci/ombre sono roba da professionisti ... ovviamente!
Certo che ti sarai fatto un bel bicipite a girare sempre con la d200 in mano èh!

Long time...I see you're very busy! Interesting low POV wherein you would have been at nose sniffing distance with the dog in a matter of seconds. Composition-wise very original!

Hello Fabio,
Looking through your portfolio, the one thing that strikes me is the choice of composition in your photos....very artistic and very well composed, always with a sense of mystery.....I'm wanting to know who is at the other end of this lead, for example. The dog becomes the main point of focus, giving us the impression that we too are an animal at a lower POV. Very well done.

There are many shots of people's legs. But you've managed something new, with this "border". I like your interpretation.
