My first visit in the City of Bridges was very short. Unfortunatelly I did not have as much time as I would like to have to explore this amazing place as I normally do...
Never knew it is built on an archipelago of so many islands – 122 altogether. It`s formed by about 150 canals in a shallow lagoon. The islands on which the city is built are connected by about 400 bridges. In the old center, the canals serve the function of roads, and every form of transport is on water or on foot which makes this place totally unique.
These hundreds of narrow canals and litle, charming bridges are really worthy to be seen at least once in your life. One of them on my picture. Regards

Very nice vertical view over this canal with beautiful bridge and houses. Looks very warm, calm and peaceful. A little funny that just one of the houses has been coloured. I like this photo a lot. Thanks for sharing.

Siesta time, everyone is hidden in silent cool rooms. Thanks for beautiful colors and lights. Unfortunately the POV is not too original.

Very interesting view of this little street. The walls have warm colors and the vertical lines give much vigour to the shot. Well done.

I very much like the earthy colours and textures here Patryk. You also chose a nice "backstreet" canal to show us. A little perspective correction would improve the image further.
