Un endroit un peu moins typique de Venise, où semble t il, ils retapaient ou fabriquaient des gondoles.

Nice photo... The use of black and white works wel here...

It seems very grey to me - not enough dynamic range in the colours, also needs more contrast.
The picture itself has no focal point to it, I find my eye drawn to the empty space. Also the point that makes you realise that it is Venice is the Gondola, but it is not easy to see the famous shape of the bow without looking quite hard - I think this would have been a lot better from further to the right so you could see more of the upright Gondola and less of the base of the other one. IMHO

I may have liked a stronger contrast, the "grays" are a bit flat here, but still, I think it's a very nice unusual shot of another "face" of Venice...

Taking a less typical shot of something famous place or city is always a good thing. I like how the gondoles make the city still identified. The place looks very interesting but I think you could have taken this shot from other direction – for example from the left so that the gondoles are in the foreground. I agree that the image needs more contrast but I think this image could work even better in colors...
