Photographer’s Note
Una vista típica veneciana. Al passar-la a blanc i negre he pujat una mica els nivells i l'enfocat, perque l'escanner no és excesivament bo.
A tipical view from Venice. This is the most important street in the city. To me, this is the most beatiful and diferent occidental city I never saw, becase there are no cars, no motorbikes, no people burning claxon. Everybody goes walking or boating, and it improves the quality of the city. No stress, free noise. Wonderful losing there.
Past to B&W and sharpen.

Very bright view of the city... The details are abondant and clear. The note (the part in english) is funny because you use the word street, and I don't expect to see boats on a street... Well seen!

Good composition and framing. A bit blurry or "grainy" but, toegether with the B&W with the sepia/brownish tones, it gives a moody "old" mood to the picture.
Lovely done Jordi. Could be of a scene of "Don't Look Now"...

You have probably taken your picture from the Rialto Bridge, and it offers us a very but usual view of the Serenissime City.
You hve chosen the B&W and for it changes all the habitual perception. Well done.

Well composed and framed. The BW choice gives the pic. a kind of ancient look. Good choice.

Maybe some day I will see this myself, but for now I love the feeling.... and it might be as close as I ever get...
