Hello Jaroslaw.
The reflections in the water are very nice, the colors are very beautiful also, good exposure and good sharpness.
But my opinion is a little shared, like this photo that you have taken.On one side the reflect in the water and the other the gondolas.Something bothers me in the composition compared to the right gondola that is cut , and who imbalance the image. Aside from the hat which is something interesting in it, I find that this part of the image has no place. I send you an idea of different framing in WS.I applied a rotation of 8 degrees and cropped the picture by making out the 2nd gondola of the framework. But this is quite personal.
Fact remains that this is a nice and colourful picture.
