Also this photo was taken from window of Swiss International Airlines AVRO RJ 85/100 airplane few minutes before touch down at Marco Polo International Airport in Venice, Italy-last month.
What you can see in this photo is a colorful wetlands area with many small water channels and lakes.

Good bird view shot to frame the view at estuary, amazing geographical feature, fantastic color with golden land against deep blue water, distinct photo from a flying plane, good shoot.

Eye catching eagle's eye view of the wonderful Venice water wetlands. Fine resolution and the coloring is attractive - blues and golden browns.

The subject is well framed. The point of view is showing the details and colors of the wetlands. The good luminosity is giving nice tints to the colors. Have a nice day.

very beautiful image, the natural patterns created by the water are fantastic and the contrast between the golden and the blue is special. here we can see how venice was created and how it was before the men work.

Having only visited and seen the city from ground level, this is a spectacular look at just how everything is layed out in the lagoon. Not something we get to see very often, unless it's a Google map!? This birds eye viewpoint does wonders to put it all in perspective, and also to help realize just how small we are in the scope of things. :) A unique and fresh look on to a most unique city...it all goes hand in hand!
I'm impressed at the clarity and detail, doesn't appear to be warped or distorted from shooting through an airplane window, looks great. Thanks for taking us along on the approach. :) Thanks also for the kind words today, I truly appreciate the sentiments. Take good care.

An excelent view from an airplane window, Miro, as it turned for the final-approach over the marchland and channels.
Clarity ands colors superbly collected.
Very rarly we see this AVRO passangers-aircraft here in Israel, maybe only one time that spotted it ( most air-traffic to TLV airport cross over Givatayim). I reckon it has a remarkable design, and a unique tail-air-brakes.
My best regards,
