Scrovegni chapel has its walls addorned with frescoes created by Giotto. A son of a usurer build this chapel trying to save the soul of his father. Here we can see a fresco where Jesus is puting the merchants off the temple, some aspects of the paintings are becoming lost like the cage, anyway it is fantastic a so marvelous work have survived from 1305 to our days.Interesting the sense of movement of the image and this Jesus, so different of the usual.

A Capela Scrovegni tem suas paredes adornadas com preciosos afrescos de Giotto. O filho de um agiota ergueu esta capela tentando salvar seu pai do inferno. Vemos aqui uma cenas onde Jesus expulsa os vendilhões do templo, alguns pedaços da pintura estão desaparecendo, como uma das gaiolas; de qualquer modo é maravilhoso estar diante de uma obra tão bela que passou por tanta coisa desde 1305 até chegar aos nossos dias.
Interesante o senso de movimento da pintura, com uma imagem nada usual de Jesus.
