Ciao caro Silvio,
A fascinating note about the province of Sellano and a fine photograph with which to illustrate it!
Your composition is simple but very effective, the church tower perfectly placed in the frame and the foreground steps leading the eye very effectively upwards in the picture.
Taken in low light in late afternoon, the colours are beautifully soft and muted, bringing out all the lovely textures of the ancient stonework against a gorgeous sky.
Perfect exposure and exquisite details and sharpness.

bell'insieme di forme geometriche, praticamente non manca niente, il tuo taglio le ha messe tutte bene in evidenza, unica eccezione, l'albero.
Bello scatto (come sempre)

Hi Silvio, Great angles of this architecture. Nice composition with nice light. The blue sky gives good contrast to the frame. Tight crop enhances the majesty mood of this structure. Thank for sharing

The church is well placed in the frame. The point of view is showing the details and the colours of the church. It is clear and precise. Have a nice day.

Excellent shot of lovely old town. I like the soft and subdued light and colours which has helped to bring out great detailing on the walls. Like your low angle and POV as well. Nicely done, thanks for sharing.

A cleverly composed image that encompasses the contrasting graphical lines of church and steps. Good choice of the vertical format. I like that dramatic sky and the excellent detail.

Le regard veut à tout prix monter ces marches sur la droite pour aller plus loin dans l'image. Une contre plongée qui donne de l'ampleur et un joli clocher dans le ciel.

Interesting architecture blend, modern steps in the foreground reaching upwards, the very articulate Romanesque curving structure, then gothic a top.
All in fine resolution within subdued lighting.
