Photographer's Note

Giano dell 'Umbria is a town of 3,619 inhabitants in the province of Perugia.
Of Roman origin, Janus preserve this period of its history some parts of the walls and some material from the excavation of a guarded villa in the Town Hall. In the Middle Ages are the church of San Michele and the church of San Francesco (XIV century of both). The latter is decorated with frescoes of the '300.

un B&W molto contrastato per tirare fuori la bellissima tramatura delle pietre, il tutto incorniciato da uno stupendo arco.

Ciao Silvio,piu' che una foto sembra un disegno del progetto del luogo da realizzare,il primo impatto mi ha lasciato un po' perplesso,ma guardandola bene non e' niente male,nitidezza strepitosa.Buona Domenica,qui il sole va e viene,ma tanto devo lavorare per cui faccia come vuole..ehheeeh..Luciano

This photograph is magical and your rendering of it in sepia tones makes it appear like an engraving from the times of Leonardo! Apart, of course, from the electricity cables!

Beautiful tones, excellent sharpness and wonderful details. The framing by the archway greatly adds to the appeal of this magical image.

Saluti mon ami,
le sépia et le HDR font ici bon ménage pour donner un look à l'ancienne à ces bâtiments qui méritaient ce genre de traitement.
L'endroit et net et propre, ce qui rend les photos bien pls esthétiques.
