Flag-flyer in Pio II square, photografed during a excursion with my friend Nino (Ninello52).

On the background the communal palace, realized in travertino over a before existing rich porch of plates. In it knows it of the council is present a fine picture of the senese school of the ' 400 of unknown author.
The history of Pienza closely is tied to that of Enea Silvio Piccolomini been born to Pienza 18 October 1405 and become Papa in 1458 with the name of Pio II. Great umanista Pio II wanted to transform Pienza (Corsignano) from small medioevale village (lancient Castle of Corsignano is known since the 828) in a papal residence in rinascimentale style. Of the original plan of the year 1459 thought and designed from Bernardo Gambarelli said the Rossellino (student of Leon Alberti Batiste) today remain many quattrocenteschi palaces long species run Rossellino and public Pio II square (the heart of the country) on which the Cathedral and the main historical palaces of Pienza show oneself. Ah! Ludo, hai fatto centro! Bel colpo!
Ottima inquadratura e ottimo tempismo con la bandiera presa a mezz'aria. mi piace anche lo sfondo col palazzo comunale e le persone che guardano. Il pavimento poi dà un interessante gioco geometrico di un bel colore che spicca rispetto alla facciata del palazzo.

Non è facile riuscire a fotografare 2 bandiere a mezz'aria perfettamente a fuoco con il resto della foto.

Qui il tocco di bravura c'è!

sull'altra foto tu ti vedi, ma in questa dove sta Ninello?
sicuramente una gita istruttiva, corredata da tante foto e magari anche una buona mangiata.

Ciao Ludo.
In questa foto hai congelato lo sbandieratore in un gesto straordinario, con le mani simmetricamente disposte e le due bandiere ferme nell'aria con le aste orizzontali e parallele. E' l'immagine della perfezione di un gesto e di una tecnica. Peccato - ma non potevi farci niente - che alcune delle figure umane sullo sfondo disturbano la sagoma del soggetto principale. :-(

Bello scatto preso al momento giusto; lui sembra un turista che giocherella abilmente e senza mostrare quella concentrazione che mostrano gli sbandieratori quando sono in costume. Bravo.

Another nice urban motive from you. I see you`ve changed the familiar environment of Rome for a different city. From here I can see that it`s beautiful and old.
Anyway, a good motive. Somehow a collaboration between the traditional (flag throwing) and new (the guy in modern clothing).

non so che tempo hai usato ( purtroppo non ci è dato da vedere ) però fermare le bandiere in aria con questa nitidezza e definizione non è assolutamente facile. Al di là del contesto dell'antico palazzo sullo sfondo e della gente che curiosamente guarda dappertutto, hai creato una composizione veramente piacevole e tipica di quei luoghi. Bella.

Una molto buona sincrinizazzione per questa photo. Hai captato gli bandiere al momenteo ideale. Anche' el movimento dello ragazzo è bene captado. Una luce splendida che illumina bene gli bellissimi edifici di Pienza.
