Hi Christian,
your apparitions are scarce these days...I'm glad to see you post new pics. I like this double portrait. Beautiful ladies, beautiful light, tight crop. I have a few remarks though as far as I'm concerned: the DOF isn't enough to bring sharpness to both eyes of the girl, the lock of the mother in front of her eyes and the fact the girl's chin hits the frame. Other than that, well done!

Great double portrait.
But in this kind of frames i would like to see a bit deeper DOF. F=5,6 and booth face will be sharp.

io l'ho sempre detto, tu oltre che essere un ottimo fotografo delle nebbie in Carinzia e dei paesaggi toscani, sei anche un eccellente ritrattista. Questo stupendo ritratto è la prova evidente della tua predisposizione per questo genere di foto. Bravissimo, hai fatto un ritratto stupendo!

Le due donne hanno gli stessi (invidiabili!) occhi, e tu hai fatto un colpo da maestro nascondendo un occhio con un ricciolo di capelli.

Hi Christian!

I appreciate the beauty and sensuality of both women, the clarity of their eyes, and the complicity readable in this close contact. The tight frame is well done, although I have a little regret for the chin of the daughter, cut at the bottom, and the unruly lock in front of her mother's eye. Besides this, it would have been a perfect double portrait.

Such a lovely double portrait of these two attractive ladies! They do look alike and have very similar features.
My mom and I have the same face too, well, aside from the eyes -- My mother's eyes are emerald green, very similar to the mother in your photo and mine are plain brown. Compliments for this beautiful mother & daughter photo!

They are really beautiful and it's amazing how genes for looks are passed down in the generations of a family. Beautiful light and I like that one each of their eyes is in focus. I love your extreme tight framing.
