I start to post the serie of photos from my 'Giro d'Italia' in summer 2005.
From each of ten city I've visited, I'll post one, most typical view.
As the begininning, the famouse Falling Tower of Pisa. I took photo at 8.00 in the morning where were not many tourists around.

Thanks for sharing, its a beautiful shot. However I will make some constructive comments;
It's supposed to be the leaning tower, not the banana tower!!! The square composition look a little cramped to me, I would prefer to see the buildings given a bit more breathing space. Colours look a little too heavily processed as well, I think it would have been much better at 6.00 am with some softer, redder dawn light and longer shadows.

The classic image although is splendid. Your idea to do it to ls 8 in the morning was guessed right then without tourists is fresher and pleasant. Perhaps to 7 it would have warmer colors but even so I like much.

Lovely Postcard shot. Crisp and clear. I like the contrast between the white buildings and the cloudless blue sky. great POV too.
Well, Igor.... I'm deciding of going there in Sep. Seeing your picture, I can't wait.
Thanks for sharing.
