Good shot,you captured the last sunrays of this day verry well.The light at the houses is a good contrast with the dark sky.I alos like your deep POV and the nice colored stones at the beach used as foreground.

What a light! Of course you couldn't resist, Quentin. That it is not perfectly sharp is not at all bothersome. The entire composition witht the stormy sky, the diagonal water and the tiny spot of evening sun on the house makes this shot ultimately beautiful.

I remember the other shot because of this special light. The way it illuminates the houses is wonderful I guess those colors really lend themselves to it, but I wonder if you did any dodging on those houses to enhance the light.

Here the light is fabulous and I love the way it has illuminated the buildings in the distance which contrast so well against the grey sky. Nicely composed with the diagonal line of the foam too.

What a beautifull photo Quentin. The light playing with the sand and the volume of the buildings create an oniric atmosphere that tells me about melancholic thoughts... The emptiness of usually crowded places makes me always to feel a bit sad, with a sense of time escaping too fast.
