Photographer's Note

Florence in January is special. The atmosphere really got to me and I spent some beautiful days there.
This is a 20 sec exposure, I used 5 stops worth of ND filters for this. There was no need for ND Grads since the sky was pretty dark.

your shot looks more like a painting than a photo. POV & DOF spot on. the colouration of the shot gives a serenity and calm to the shot. well done, chris

this is a classic cityscape transformed in one very good picture, both for the pastels colors both for the minimalist scene.
