Photographer’s Note

This is a strange story. About a very strange home. In the full center of Innichen (San Candido). A father, a very old one, had three children ( two girls and a boy). The three were adults, two women and a man (50 years or more). But they lived with the father. And he NEVER permitted to have in the home the electric light and the heating. They had just candles and a wood-burning stove in the kitchen. And this was just four or five years ago. A incredible life! Finally, the father died (he was 102 years!) And then the three fled, they abandoned that terrible place. And now the house is closed. And I don't know where are now the three. Because now they are old too. A strange story, right?

Hello Anna,
When I saw your well-composed photo in the thumbnail I recognized a sense of abandonment but had no idea of what drama it represented. What an extraordinary and terribly sad story. Well done.

e allora eccoci qui, davanti a questa porta. e dietro cosa mai ci sarà? Una tavola imbandita, oppure nulla? può anche far paura una porta chiusa, saremo mai in grado di aprirla? e se l'apriamo, cosa scopriremo? son bei dolori di panza, eh? mica facile 'sta foto, cara AnnaPaola, mica facile....un abbraccio

Buona la luce che hai trovato e anche la definizione non e' male.

Beh, se è morto a 102 anni vuol dire che stare al freddo ed al buio fa bene, e ogni buon padre che si rispetti vuole tutto il bene possibile ai figli... Certo che dalle vostre parti siete un pò tutti strambi! Tu comunque continua a pagare la bolletta dell'enel ed a stare al calduccio quando fa freddo, e vedrai che vivrai almeno 120 anni. Ah, dimenticavo, le stregacce durano secoli, per cui non hai neppure questo problema :-)
Foto nel tuo ormai consolidato stile, con i motivi della porta che la rendono interessante. La composizione è buona.

PS: non è che dopo le finestre adesso ci "smaroni" con le porte vero? Con tutte le bellezze che hai attorno a te cerca di catturarne qualcuna. Pensa che c'è gente che paga fior di quattrini e fa una barca di Km per andarle a vedere!

Ciao ragazza,questa e' una bella foto,ben composta e ben realizzata e che soprattutto acquista valore in relazione alla storia collegata di questa strana famiglia..ho fatto fatica a tradurla ma per i tuoi racconti vale sempre la pena perdere un po' di tempo.Ti ringrazio ancora per la fantasia che accompagna i tuoi apprezzamenti alle mie foto egiziane,nello scrivere sei sempre la numero 1.Buonanotte se ci sei ancora...Luciano.

Ciao Anna Paola. Sono tornato....sai da dove. La situazione è si tetra in questa foto e si addice alla tua fervida mente di scrittrice di thriller. Buoni la la profondità e il dettaglio con un eccellente giuoco luce/ombra. Ma che strano: ho appena pubblicato una foto nella quale il 7 è protagonista... E ora riscatena la tua fantasia.
