We were on a trip through the southern Dolomites, and although it was only early October there was snow.
This is Madonna di Campiglio, where we stopped for some lunch.Behind me is the Cascade di Nardis, a waterfall that plunges 90 metres down the mountainside.

This is a very atmospheric picture with the low cloud and rushing water. Lovely natural colours and presentation.
I look forward to seeing more of your pictures.

This looks cold in almost diffuse lighting but you've got some great lead in to work with as the stream and gushing water guide the eye into the misty distance & depth while the bridge and the house settle the focus of attention as effective points of reference. I love the moody atmosphere and muted colours which suits the whole feeling. I think the shot meets your objective. Well done, Congrats
