This was taken from our campingsite in Canazei, in the Dolomites. The sunsets were amazing. I was experimenting with the metering modes and this came up by incident...
I only changed the colors a bit; the original was slightly overexposed.

Great photo! the golden mountains are amazingly beautiful. Very well done!

Pretty colors and very good composition, can a little too much be black in bottom but it is very beautiful, well considering.

And I wish I knew how you did it. It's the kind of shot I'm constantly looking for. But either I get the mountainside overexposed or the clouds don't come out, or the contrats is too much or not enough, or, or, or.
I love it!

wow.. beautiful sunset. i really like the dark silhouet of the trees int he front. Nice frmaing too.
