This was taken on a small street of Noto. They may say rhetorically it is not art but I think that everything can have a little art in it as long as people find the beauty.

Hello Daniel ,
What an excellent picture § We can see both the superb architecture of Noto , and a very fine street scene . But are the umbrellas for rain of for sun ?

A lively composition with the people in the foreground complemented by some very attractive architecture. I like the long perspective toward the church and the warm colours.

like the sentiment that accompanies this shot. Yes beauty or art is in the eye of the beholder and what appeals to one may not to another but that is the diversity and wonder of being human. This shot is intriguing and quite evocative. It is a strange scene in the streets of what is a classical Italian beauty, but one of originality and fascination. I like it!
Regards - Brian.

A nice crowd and a fine street with interesting houses and good colours. The dark sky has helped to saturate the colours very nicely. The hanging letters look a bit funny. They could also be read as "No tarte". Maybe somebody wants bisquits insted.

strange looking scene here.
Not quite sure what exactly is going on, especially with all the people standing around, is it a tour group?
Personally i find this type of art kind of weird.
what I do like are the colors, the long depth of the street and the architecture.
enjoy your day

sicuramente una foto insolita e originale di questa splendida città.
Bella prospettiva e buoni colori nonostante la giornata poco favorevole.

Very attractive street scene. Great framing and lots of nice details.
Perhaps the sign should read No Tarte = No cake?

Hello Daniel - I like art installations as they illicit a variety of responses from the people who happen to pass them by. This one makes me smile, after all it is not just everyday that one gets the opportunity to walk on a red carpet! Mind you the 'guests of honour' are not really dressed appropriately are they? A street scene with a difference. Well spotted! Warm regards Rosemary

Complimenti! Bella ed originale.
Ciao e buon fine settimana

Art or no art, an image with many a potential story within. Its a colourful street scene as it creates a visual feast to the eyes aided by the equally colourful people accentuate the strength. This too works well for the buildings on both flanks with lots of interest. Excellent work and u have done well to convey the local atmosphere. Well done.
