Photographer’s Note

The rural house has a series of definitions that are not only of architectural type, but also derived from the figure of the owner. From a constructive and functional point of view must have characteristics such that you can carry on the farming activity, whether direct or incidental.
Here we are along the street from Ragusa to Vittoria.

Again, a lovely, peaceful and very pleasant image!
The lowest pov was a great idea for this composition, where, although the impressive sky covers more than half of the image, the other part has also lots of eye-catching elements, creating a wonderful contrast of colors, lights, shapes and textures!

allora, io lo so che il soggetto principale della foto e' la casa rurale, pero'... a me piace il vento che si intuisce in qs, immagine. le nuvole veloci nel cielo, le spighe e i papaveri che sembrano muoversi seguendo le correnti d'aria...

adoro le case rurali, le trovo un ottimo soggetto per foto pittoriche.
Bello il contrasto di colori e la scena ripresa, dove la particolare nuvolosità del cielo, diventa un valido aiuto dal punto di vista della composizione.

Ottima anche la scelta del POV che essendo basso, mette in risalto il campo fiorito che si staglia contro la casa.

The flowers among the grass make for a good starting point leading nicely the eye to this very charming little farm.

Simple things sometimes are the most tasty ones and this is perhaps a good example of that. Well, maybe it's not that simple to find such a flowered and colourful field... But the rest is: a low POV, an old, almost ruined, stone house off centred, a blue sky with various kinds of clouds... The result is a stunning Spring image.

lovely scene.
this is the type of photo people put up on their walls.
bright vibrant colours in the flowers and the grass. The flowers and grass are perfectly exposed, i think the little house may be a little bit overexposed, just a little correction in darkening may improve it?

keep in mind - i'm trying hard to find anything wrong with the photo!! :)
