Photographer’s Note

Cefalu is more in spite of its size one of the points visited by the tourists and travellers who come from vacations to Sicily. Its landscape of small fishing port on the calm tirreno is often camping for the routes by the island, and its long sand beaches sea bream that extend towards the bays of Aranciotto and Settefrati.

To the hellenistic-Roman period the still visible walls in front of the sea belong. The Arabs conquistarón the Byzantine establishment, governed that it until the beginning of century XI, when the Normen reconquer Sicily. The signs of the Norman domination are so numerous that he is not accidental that Cefalu is called the “Norman citadel”. The most important building is without a doubt the cathedral, of the beginning of century XII; the tradition says that its construction has decided by Rogelio II, miraculously disembarked in the coast after to have saved of a storm.

Between so many specialties of fish that them can offer the kitchen of Cefalu, end to review the “anchovies of the duchess”, a stew done with anchovies, bread of mold, garlic, onion, parsley, oil and vinegar, that despalma on a slice of bread, perhaps adding a little butter.

Hola Elena,

Una hermosa vista marina en la que, desde un PDV muy bien elegido, has conseguido una gran profundidad y definición. Me gusta también la composición y la inclusión de todas esas piedras que, en diagonal, se extienden desde el primer plano hasta el fondo. Buen trabajo.

Que pases un buen fin de semana.

Hola Elena,
La perspectiva es espléndida y el lugar, precioso. Sólo me sobra la sombra de la derecha, a todos se nos escapan alguna vez estos pequeños detalles. Por lo demás, una bella postal con magníficos colores y profundidad.

Esta se me paso ayer Elena .Donde tenias guardada esta postal?
Solo falta que le pongas precio y venderla en un kiosko jaja..
Muy bien encuadrada aunque con el pero que comentan Charo y Paco tiene estupendos colores y definicion .

Hola Elena,
La pequeña ciudad es muy pintoresca y aprovechaste bien ese echo para obtener una linda foto. La linea de la costa proporciona una gran sensación de perspectiva y conduce la mirada hacia la ciudad y el morro detrás de ella. Las rocas en el mar dan equilibrio y llenan el espacio en primer plano que quedaría algo vacío sin ellas. Solo no me gusta la mancha oscura en el canto inferior derecho.

Hola Elena!

De las últimas fotos que has subido me quedo con esta, realamente es una toma muy buena con toda la costa y la ciudad al fondo que parece estar protegida por la montaña, sin duda un lugar al que ir cuando vaya a Sicilia y creo que será pronto...
