I usually do not make any introductory remarks to new members, so you will be my first one.
First advice, try to put some notes about the photo. Many times, the photos here are not only evaluated by the quality of the photo itself, but also about the story they hide (or how it was taken, or what you intend to transmit, or simply a related story).
Second, in order to have more attention, I advise you to comment on other photos as well. I usually find it also as learning when I point out what I would change in others photos, or in what the photo strikes me as good.

So, about your photo, and I hope you don't take me wrong, I always like photos of bikes or vespas for their characteristics and colours. This one is very striking in the colour, especially in contrast with the less saturated background. Putting it in the foreground makes it much better, and I wonder how would it be if you would include other vespas as they seem to come out behind this one.

The photo, though, is tilted to the right, and I would prefer you not to have cut the front wheel of the vespa.
