Photographer’s Note

There the old town of Cefalù, Sicily there is a construction called Bastione di Capo Marchiafava. It is open toward the sea and it is quite clear that it has been used for defence purposes in the past. These youngsters seemed to enjoy the evening sun there and two of them seemed to be deeply in love. The guy to the right looks happy too. He seems to be talking to someone he likes. The guy in red trousers seems to have taken a photo, perhaps of his lovely girl friend.

This is probably shot in the afternoon, judged by the warm colours!

The evening light has cast a lovely warm glow on the scene. There is a lot of interest to see. We could all make up our own stories. Good shot of young daily life.
