Photographer’s Note
Strolling during the late morning along the cliffs west of Cefalu in Sicily I came across this...??? ;-) on the bedrock.
Two worlds intertwined...a window to another reality...a look into the soul of a past moment?
Of course, just a lucky reflection, but as you can aswell see the limestone structure below the surface of the water, it looks somehow more than real/unreal.
I loved the pebbles lying on the rock too.
Due to the angle of the shot and the distance I had to stay in to make it, I had to accept some slight unsharpness on the 'top' of the image.
Image turned 180°, contrast and saturation levels slightly up. Compare, if you like, with the original image in the workshop.
