Photographer’s Note
"Il dolce far niente"... literally, the sweetness of doing nothing...the idea that in those moments we can steal from the grind of daily life, obligation, work...one can find the sweetness that is what living is truly about... (quoted from blog of MS Guy)
This is how I felt during the first days of my holidays in Cala Gonone, just before the main tourist season started.
But...the "dolce far niente" is becoming a luxury in this hasty times...
The photo is showing a fine-gravel beach nearby seaport. Protected from direct sea, the water was calm a clear. Ideal for snorkeling.

Hello Adrian.
Welcome in Sardinia. A beautiful sight on this tiny beach, in a well-cropped picture.
Well done.
Best regards.
Bobo.

Hello Adrian,
Very good capture of people at play. This shot reminds me that I really do need a holiday. I'm so envious of you being in this lovely area. I like the way you have composed the crop to give just the right amount of visual stimulous, from the beach to the attractive buildings. Clean sharp details.
Cheers
peter
