Devero is a alpine plateau situated about 1600 meters near the border between Italy and Switzerland, in the Alps Lepontines. Sustainable agriculture and farming co-exist there with a still low impact tourism.
The slopes surrounding the plain are mostly covered with magnificent forests of larches (Larix decidua), a conifer that turns yellow and finally loses its needles in the late autumn, offering between mid-October and early November a foliage show that is a true open-air workshop for any photographer.

You're capturing well this landscape by a good composition and excellent tone/clarity, so it's interesting and impressive to see the alpine plateau with green plant, rocks and larches dyed autumnal tints. And, it's also impressive in the forest and rock mountain with steep cliff in behind.
