Photographer’s Note

Venaria Reale is a little village near Turin.
It's called "Reale" (Royal) because of the presence of a royal building of the Savoia family.
The building was recently restored after being abandoned for decades. We where extremely surprised by the excellent restoration and by the way the exposition, ideated by Peter Greenaway, is organized.
Together with the building all the town born again to a new life. Here we see its main street crowded by people enjoying the nice day. Dozens of restaurants and cafès are full of families living this lovable place.
At the end of the long street we can see the building entrance.
